Our policy lasts only 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. There are no refund policy.
If the order is processed and packed, we are unable to cancel or change it. In some exceptions for cancellation, there is a cancellation fee of 10% for approved cancelled requests. This 10% applies for any product. Take note - Delivery fee or other service fees will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for returns.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in brand new condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us ( ONLY by Registered mail with tracking number) for returning your item. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON -REFUNDABLE.
The return item registered postage mail cost back to you is payable by yourself.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
